What you'll need

QBO_CLIENT_IDQBO_CLIENT_SECRETQBO_REFRESH_TOKENQBO_REALM_ID

Your own QuickBooks app credentials and the realm ID of each company. OAuth runs once and the token stays in your local config.

Pick QuickBooks Online

Select it on the connectors page and build your installer.

Add your credentials locally

Enter your QuickBooks client ID, secret and realm ID during install. The token is saved locally.

Ask in plain English

Ask for invoices, aging, or the P&L. Every figure comes live from QuickBooks.

Privacy

QuickBooks Online runs on your machine. Credentials live only in your local Claude Desktop config, raw data never reaches our servers, and Claude only ever sees a short, filtered summary. Read how that works.
